Which locations do you deliver to?

How long would it take for me to receive my order?

We would make every effort to deliver your order within 5-7 business days.
Please note that Iarra Sunglasses India is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when i receive the package?

No, it isn’t, though the authorized/ intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.

What can I do if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

How do I return or exchange an item purchased in a store?

Iarra Items purchased from any of our stores may not be returned to hm.com.
Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.
Merchandise returned after 10 days or without the original sales receipt will require a valid photo ID. These returns will be refunded with an Iarra merchandise credit at the current selling price, usable on future Iarra store purchases.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased online?

You have 10 days to decide if an item is right for you. Iarra will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

How to return in store?

Returns in store are free. Just bring the item(s) you wish to return to any Iarra Store. Make sure you also bring the Packing Slip and the credit or debit card you used for your purchase.
If there are any issues with your order, such as wrong or missing items, please return via mail, not in store.

How do I pay for my purchases online?

We offer multiple online payment methods, including:

1. Credit Card issued by Visa / MasterCard / Diners / American Express
2. Debit Card issued by Indian Banks
3. Net Banking

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we do offer cash on delivery to a select list of pin-codes and for order amounts under a limited value based on your delivery location. With Cash on Delivery you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without making advanced payment online. The payment amount is reflected on the package invoice for your reference.

Will I be asked by Iarra India to share card information, account information, or passwords over email or phone?

The Iarra India team will never request you to share any of your payment related details over email or phone. These details are only requested during online transactions and should not be given out otherwise.

Are there any hidden charges (octroi or sales tax) when I make a purchase?

No, there are no hidden charges when you make order on Iarrasunglasses.com. Your total order amount will be displayed at the time of payment and before your order is placed. You are not required to pay any amount in excess of what is reflected on the invoice.
